All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
For all orders over $100 before tax, economy shipping is free to contiguous United States. In addition, all subscriptions (6 oz refill bags and first time Chowdees Jar then 6oz Refill bags) are free economy shipping to contiguous United States. Otherwise, before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

We do our best that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please reach out to us directly to help solve any questions or concerns. Our return/exchange policy is below:
Our policy covers 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us directly at email@example.com to discuss any concerns before taking additional steps.
How To Return An Item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, please include a note detailing your request (including the email address and/or order number associated with your purchase and send the item back to:

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In the case of an exchange, you will cover the shipping to send your item back to us, and we will cover the shipping to send your replacement to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
